G.B.M., a large global manufacturer of ammunition, has decided to discontinue online shopping for its own products.
The announcement came on the heels of G.G.M.-owned AmmoLand, a online-only ammunition store, closing its doors.
Online shopping for ammunition has been a popular feature of the company for more than a decade, but the company has also struggled with online competition.
The online store was shuttered on July 30.
A spokesman for the company told Bloomberg that “the company is evaluating its online presence and is evaluating other options, including partnering with retailers.”
