To return an item please contact [email protected]

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your eligible item(s). Upon receipt of the item, you have 5 days to send the item back to Loved Labels. You will be refunded once the item has been received by Loved Labels. We do not accept exchanges or returns on international orders. Please be sure that you review the item description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase.

We will send you the refund in the form of payment the item was purchased. All items returned must be in the same condition as when it was received. The shipping fee for returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer. Loved Labels charges a 5% re-stocking fee for all returned merchandise.

If you are selling your bags to Loved Labels, we offer a Free UPS label for your convenience.

Processing Time

Once you have purchased an item it will be shipped within 1 business day. Please provide us with updated phone numbers and email addresses so that we may contact you for any problems with shipping.

Regular Shipping (Not Consignment)

Once you are going through the checkout process you have the option to choose which type of shipping you would like. Please contact us if you wish to receive a Saturday shipping. Also note that Thursday 2- Day shipping will arrive on Monday. Any changes to order after its been shipped may cause delays and you may incur fees. Loved Labels does not ship items to P.O. Boxes.

Required Signature

All of the items we ship require signature upon its arrival. We can ship without signature with your request in writing (with email or within order comments). By waiving the signature, the buyer accepts the responsibility of the safety and security of the item.

International Shipping

Custom requirements are different for each country. Please learn about the Customs processing for your Country. Customs clearance issues may cause delays at destination. You, the buyer, are responsible for any and all custom duties and/or taxes that apply. We indicate all items as used and declare the value. We also declare that the item is purchased merchandise. We can not declare as “gift”.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Registered customers can Sign In to their account on Loved Labels and follow its progress. If you haven’t created an account with us yet, register now so you can monitor the status of your order.

Shipping

Shipping for dress rentals is standard shipping from 1 – 3 business day, after filling out the dress rental form your card will be charged addittionally for shipping. If you would like to recieve your dresses quicker please send an email requesting so. However once your rental date is over and it is time to ship the item back the shipping will be free. With every loaned dress there is a packing envelope sent with the dress. You simply place the dress in the pre-paid shipping envelope and take it to the nearest UPS.

Returns

If you receive a dress that you are not satisfied with you must ship the dress back immediately so that you are not charge for the loaner’s fee. The pre-paid envelope is included with the dress, simply take the dress to your nearest UPS once you have shipped the item back please email [email protected] a tracking number immediately after once the dress is received you will be refunded your money.

Loaner’s Information

For client’s wanting to rent out dresses of their own the requried loan period is (3) months. Loaners must entrust Loved Labels with their garment(s) for at least (3) months. If interested in this service you simply send us pictures of your dress and if we determined that they can be rented you must fill out a Rental Agreement Form and then ship your items to us. We will post your items on the webstite and with every time your dress is rented you will recieve 30% of the rental fee. The rental free ranges from $100 – $200 for either 3 days (30% may seem low but if you have highly coveted dresses that are being rented frequently the money adds up quickly).
